Return/ Exchange

I try my best to make sure every buyers receive order with the highest satisfaction.
If problems do occurs, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Exchanges are available within 7 days from date of receipt of item.

Item must be returned in original/ unopened packing and condition as per received. Exhange is only available for wrong/ defective item received.

I will need a picture for the defects for further assessment or approval of exchange.

In the case when stock is unavailable for exchange, the refund will be given in the form of store credit with the equivalent value and you may use it in your next purchase. 

To apply for an exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button on the top left.
You will be notified via email for the status of exchange/ return.

To exchange for other size, there will be an admin fee incurred ($2) and buyer to bear the shipping cost.
Exchange of size is subject to approval and stock availability.
Please feel free to check with me for measurement of sizes so as to ensure the right size is purchased.

I have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on MooMooFarmSg.com as accurately as possible. Because the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
